Electronic Complaint Book: Compulsory Registration on the Complaint Book’s Electronic Platform

Decree-Law no. 74/2017, which amended the Legal Regime of the Complaint Book, established the mandatory existence and availability of the complaint book in physical and electronic formats. The deadline for registration on the Complaint Book’s Electronic Platform was July 1st, 2019.

The New Portuguese Industrial Property Code

On July 1st, 2019, the new Portuguese Industrial Property Code, approved by Decree-Law 110/2018 of December 10, fully entered into force.
